WEATHER ARRANGEMENTS

There is not much that can dim the light at the AIA Carnival. Even in poor weather conditions, like light rain, it will still be a fun day out. However, to keep everyone safe, if the Hong Kong Observatory issues weather warning notices, we will make special arrangements.

Although, winter in Hong Kong normally delivers some of the best weather conditions of the year, below you will find our standard operating practices in the case of bad weather. You can find any announcements for special arrangements on the AIA Carnival website homepage, and on our social media pages: Instagram or Facebook

We will remain open during T1 typhoon signal.

Affected and Unused Tickets

Please retain and bring unused tickets to the box office to exchange for new tickets within 1 week starting from the day of inclement weather. Tickets are non-refundable.

Events & Showtimes

Any special events at the AIA Carnival may be cancelled at the discretion of the organisers if the prevailing weather conditions, such as heavy rain or thunderstorms, may endanger public safety. The AIA Carnival and event organisers will make the best effort to notify participants via email as soon as possible should there be a cancellation or postponement. Please also keep an eye on the announcements feed on the AIA Carnival homepage.
